inadequate temperatureloud staff
i had some issues the tv remote barely worked it was hard to navigate the menus also the climate control wasn't very effective i could only adjust the temperature by a few degrees it did not get to an adequate temperature at all the staff was also quite loud when cleaning the other rooms it was hard to relax.

Decent Stay with Notable Drawbacks
weak water pressuredistant public transport
The water pressure was very weak, it made showering unpleasant. I asked for a different pillow because the one in the room had marks, and the housekeeping staff opened the door without knocking when delivering the replacement pillow. This was quite bizarre. Public transport was far away. The walk to the bus stop took twenty minutes.

I loved the modern rooms. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Lookout views towards the harbor are fantastic. The bus to the city is a short walk. It comes frequently! It made getting around easy.
Shower gel bottles were totally empty. They stayed that way throughout my whole stay. Towel quantities reduced daily, that was not great.

The staff are always very courteous! They are ready to help any time, day or night. I appreciated the breakfast. It had a well thought out spread. The ground floor bar was chic.
The hotel is a little outside of the city center, requiring a bus ride.
