complicated processunclean bedding
The check-in process was more complicated than necessary. It seemed like an unnecessary obstacle course after a long journey. I also found a distinct lack of attention to cleanliness. There was hair in the bathrooms and the bedding did not appear particularly clean. I expected better for the price I paid! on the last night, there was no hot water, not ideal.

The hotel is near to city center. I noticed a grocery store around five minutes by foot. Bus stop is really close, about 100 meters away. I paid £10 for an Uber ride to city center.
The windows don't open, so fresh air is limited and the room gets warm. One door functions as both the entry and exit. Windows not opening pose a potential safety concern.

the decor features white, amplifying the spaciousness of the apartment. the staff is friendly and helpful with requests. i found the neighborhood quiet. having fruit, coffee and tea available was a nice convenience .
the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, which affected the overall sleeping experience for some.
