i found the staff super friendly and helpful and the communication was excellent. the free parking was definitely a plus and it was very convenient with public transport so close. i really appreciated the beautiful interior too.
the room i had did not look quite like the pictures and the carpets seemed a bit old with dust in the corners. the wet room also lacked a fan causing humidity.
