The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I liked that the hotel is close to public transportation and has several restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. There was easy access to the city center.

I found the lack of a mini fridge in the room to be an issue. A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated.

My room was very clean. The provided bed was comfortable and allowed good sleep. I appreciated being within walking distance of Carlswerk Victoria. Several restaurants were also nearby.

The room was quite sparse. There was no wardrobe for hanging clothes. The air conditioning was also not effective enough and the room felt hot.
