a good stay
kind staffbreakfast informationexploration tips
the staff were genuinely kind. bonny at arrival and salvatore at departure showed respect and interest in me as a first-time guest. i got information about breakfast and tips regarding places to explore.
The room i received wasn't like the picture. I expected a large couch and two separate rooms. the marketing with handicap accessible pictures misrepresented my room, i felt misled.

the hotel enjoys a great location for work. it is near key business areas, and many corporate offices are a short walk away. this proximity makes it easy to attend meetings.

lockers are available to store bags after check-out or before check-in, giving flexibility with travel schedules. the check-out time is 12:00 pm, a very comfortable time, i thought. my check-in was also comfortable, at 1 pm instead of 3.

easy accesscomfortable bedspacious roomnarrow cabinweak flow
the location was neat for access with tram 4 and for walking to hbf for many more options. the room was spacious , and the beds were comfortable. i appreciated the soap being properly split into hand and body / shampoo and conditioner as opposed to one bottle for all.
the shower cabin is very narrow. besides , the flow of the water is significantly weak. i assume , the same pre-installation issue by the maintenance as with air-conditioning , and you cannot use the regular shower. you have to do some acrobatic tricks to get washed under the rain shower with weak water flow.
