Wonderful Stay Near St Mark's
ideal locationhelpful stafffresh juice
The location was ideal. It was close to landmarks but still quiet. The staff called a water taxi and assisted with our luggage upon departure. Breakfast offered fresh-squeezed orange juice and many choices.
I found the hallway lighting quite dim.

Our room was large and decorated with a Murano glass chandelier. The bathroom offered ample space. It had A/C, so we could rest well. cleanliness was kept daily in every area.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They walked us to our room upon arrival. Breakfast service was great with attentive staff. Plus, the team gave us recommendations for the next city we were visiting.

The concierge staff were very kind and helpful! the bar downstairs is really good, i thought. the free breakfast was also tasty. i loved the rooftop terrace, especially at sunset. It was lovely. i used the turkish bath, the sauna, and the jacuzzi. this was so relaxing. i think this hotel is amazing.
I had one very tiny problem, the air conditioning instructions were on the wall, but the system wasn't working properly. It was hot.

The hotel is very close to main attractions. It's just a short walk to everything. the surrounding area felt quite safe and had a nice atmosphere. it made exploring the area very convenient and accessible.

i received warm, professional service from the staff upon arrival and throughout my stay. they provided helpful information, like directions and recommendations, immediately. the staff was always attentive and very pleasant.

the breakfast room had a great vibe, i liked the variety available. the hotel provides fresh goods daily, including orange juice. this was a nice way to start the day. the hotel also has a nice bar for a drink.

A decent place to stay

I found the location ideal for shopping. Beds were SUPER comfortable. The concierges offered helpful guidance and great restaurant recommendations. I liked the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for an evening drink after dinner.
The water taxi wasn't safe when I got on. The air conditioning did NOT work very well. I found that the room was a bit smaller, though I thought I had purchased a bigger room and it was somewhat dark.
