inadequate temperature controldisorganized breakfast
the room was quite warm at night there was no way to adjust the temperature properly the breakfast area was chaotic with insufficient seating many items ran out quickly restocking took an unreasonably long time staff seemed disorganized and unhappy at checkout i mentioned these issues but received no apology or acknowledgment. i was just asked to pay the bill this felt dismissive after a flawed stay

The open bar until 2am provided a great social space. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with quality pints. The hotel's location is central. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the modern decor added value. Staff members were helpful and cute .
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It took a long time to adjust , which was inconvenient.
