The location was excellent, almost adjacent to the opera house, and very close to the train station. I enjoyed the fantastic design of both the room and the hotel. The room was a good size with a modern refurbishment.

The air conditioner also wasn't working. Breakfast had limited options.

The staff was amazing. They were helpful and friendly. Check-in was very fast. I appreciated their efficiency. I am grateful for the smooth and cute service from all staff members.

The room was very clean, and everything looked brand new. The bed was comfortable. I found the hotel to be very quiet at night, I appreciate it. The shower offered hot water within seconds and had great pressure.

The location was great. It was close to the city center and the train station was just a short walk away. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options. The staff at reception was always friendly and ready to assist.

The air conditioning was not working properly. I Found ONE towel with a stain on it. The pillows were too large and not very comfortable for sleeping.
