I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers complimentary bike rentals. I appreciated the basketball court on site. It added a unique recreational option.

the staff was attentive to requests i made through the app. i received a room on a high floor. the views included the brooklyn bridge. the lobby decor was modern.
the elevators were slow. i waited several minutes for one. the small check in area made it hard to get assistance. i was also charged a fee a few days after my stay and i am still unsure of the charge.

the location is great for accessing various attractions. it is a short walk to the brooklyn bridge. i also found easy subway connections to other areas. the staff was always helpful and friendly . the beds were really comfortable. i enjoyed the city view from the 22nd floor off the elevator.

i found the staff to be very attentive and willing to help, they remembered to use up credits in the restaurant. the lobby area was very convenient for working and eating. the hotel concept was very modern and vibrant. multiple subway lines are very convenient.
i noticed a small daily fee that i was not aware of.
