convenient location friendly staff small bathroom limited service
the location proved to be very convenient for exploring. the staff was consistently friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests i had.

the room had excellent blackout shades and good air conditioning i used the refrigerator to store drinks it was very convenient i found decent counter space for my suitcase and bags
the towels felt quite worn i noticed free filtered water was only accessible at the gym and it emptied quickly

underwhelming stay, some issues
infrequent room service damp towel
the location was convenient for getting around the area.
The room service was infrequent. i found it unacceptable, especially with a family of four sharing a room. furthermore, there were no provisions for drying multiple towels, which led to using damp towels.

disappointing housekeeping and unresponsive staff
inconsistent housekeeping unresponsive staff
the housekeeping was inconsistent i stayed for several nights but my room only received cleaning service once this was quite disappointing the bathroom wasn't cleaned well even on that one occasion bath gel was not refilled and there were no fresh tea or coffee supplies provided getting these items required multiple requests from unresponsive staff members it was not a great experience

convenient location quick staff useful microwave accessible subway
the location was certainly convenient near the flower district. the staff quickly addressed my request for luggage storage before check-in. my room included a microwave and a fridge, these amenities added convenience. i liked the accessibility to several subway lines from the hotel.
housekeeping did not provide fresh towels daily, i had to request them.
