disappointing housekeeping and unresponsive staff
inconsistent housekeepingunresponsive staff
the housekeeping was inconsistent i stayed for several nights but my room only received cleaning service once this was quite disappointing the bathroom wasn't cleaned well even on that one occasion bath gel was not refilled and there were no fresh tea or coffee supplies provided getting these items required multiple requests from unresponsive staff members it was not a great experience

the location was certainly convenient near the flower district. the staff quickly addressed my request for luggage storage before check-in. my room included a microwave and a fridge, these amenities added convenience. i liked the accessibility to several subway lines from the hotel.
housekeeping did not provide fresh towels daily, i had to request them.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea each morning. This is a good start to the day. the rooftop bar offers a place with nice views and a range of drinks, i found it relaxing after a long day.

my room had good space and was comfortably clean. the shower had good pressure and temperature controls worked well. i also found the climate control in the room was effective and quiet, though the bathroom could be a little bigger.
