orange juice convenient location
the breakfast included a served meal with fresh squeezed orange juice, i like that. the location is super convenient, it is close to cafes and restaurants!
the elevator felt slow, so i used the stairs to go down.

inadequate for the price
limited storage disruptive plumbing
The room i booked was quite small. There was hardly any space to move around. storage was limited, i struggled to find places for my belongings. furthermore, i encountered noise issues, specifically from the plumbing. I could hear the neighbors using water at all hours, very disruptive. it was not the relaxing experience i had anticipated.

efficient staff complimentary newspapers convenient lobby perfect location
i found the staff to be efficient! the complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a nice touch. i liked that the lobby provided space to eat, drink, and meet colleagues. the location was perfect, with easy access to everything the area offers.
the elevator seemed a bit slow, so i often took the stairs.

superb location really good courtesy useful safe complimentary robes
i FOUND the location to be superb, with easy access to various points of interest. the hotel staff displayed really good courtesy and attentiveness . the room offered a safe , and an iron with its board , which i appreciated. i REALLY liked the complimentary robes available for use.
the breakfast options included were a bit limited for my taste.

Quiet and Convenient
helpful concierge solo dining convenient access bed linens
I appreciated the helpful concierge. Christian Ribeiro offered excellent solo dining recommendations for my work trip. His lasagna recommendation was particularly great. The hotel provides convenient access to the west 4th street subway station. The ACEBDFM lines were easily accessible. The decor and bed linens added to the comfort.
The walls seemed thin, and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, slightly disruptive.

Staff members were friendly. They offered assistance with directions and luggage. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently. Christian, the concierge, provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

Decent Stay with Some Shortcomings
convenient location helpful staff included breakfast small room wet toilet paper hard-to-get coffee
The hotel location was really convenient for exploring. Staff were very helpful and available. The breakfast included pastries and yogurt. It was a nice addition to the stay.
The room was very small, noticeable. The toilet paper roll was strangely hung and got wet. I found coffee hard to get two mornings. I had to ask someone.
