a tender nook in the city
kind staffearly check-inconvenient microwavefree water
I found the front desk staff kind. They always greeted me warmly. upon my early arrival, they allowed me to check in several hours ahead of schedule. This gesture was deeply appreciated after my tiring early flight. the microwave and refrigerator in the room added a layer of convenience. free filtered water with refillable bottles on each floor was such thoughtful touch.
My only minor issue involved the electricity plug in the bathroom. It was not working, requiring me to use the one in the main room to dry my hair.

i found a filtered chilled water dispenser with bottles. the beds are very comfortable. the sitting area includes a table. the 27th floor has a terrace with tables and chairs. a large comfortable lounge offered work stations. a nespresso machine was in my room. i really liked this feature.
my room felt super small for the price i paid.

The staff helped me store my luggage safely because I arrived early. I was directed to the lounge with a nice view. The lounge had amenities to freshen up after my long flight. The location is very close to transportation.

i was charmed by the excellent location near grand central station. the rooftop terrace offered lovely views for drinks. the staff were super friendly and helpful . i appreciated the free laundry facilities available on the 3rd floor. i would return.
