great location and helpful staff
hanok village nice cafes great restaurants
the location is amazing. it is opposite the hanok village and has cafes nearby. bars and restaurants are close with metro access near. the room was cleaned well and the communal areas are nice.

superb location and friendly staff
subway station welcome cocktails
the hotel is very close to the subway station entrance. reception staff helped me with directions and spoke english fluently. i was allowed to check in early at 10am. welcome cocktails were provided at the bar a very grateful gesture.

clean room good location ample space
the room was very clean , and the washing machine and dryer worked well. the location suited me as a first-time visitor , allowing easy walks and metro access to many parts of the city. the room size was also good , offering ample space for my needs.
the elevator wait times were sometimes long , and i occasionally had issues with the room card.

direct access trendy cafes sweet gesture cute staff
i found the location divine, with direct access to the train. it was like the city opened its arms right at the doorstep. many quaint restaurants and trendy cafes nearby offered moments of quiet intimacy. the staff was cute, and the welcome drink was a sweet gesture.
the elevator wait times could be a little long at times, though it was only a minor inconvenience.

inconsistent air conditioning laggy internet
the location was alright because it has direct access to the train right outside the door.
the air conditioning in the room wasnt great i didnt like it. it felt so inconsistent and the air blew too much. the internet was also laggy at times and that really bugged me.
