The staff was lovely and helpful.

My room was quite small. There was hardly space to move comfortably with two big suitcases. The bathroom was also very dimly lit, which I found inconvenient. The pictures made the room look bigger than it actually was, I felt really disappointed.

I liked the location so much. It's right in myeongdong! the staff were very helpful. the rooms were also very clean. housekeeping was especially wonderful.

i wish there were more pillow options. they only had one type, and i prefer a firmer pillow.
