Front desk staff was cute when i arrived. Housekeeping kept my room stocked with bottled water. Clean towels were provided daily. I liked the location, very close to transportation.

The lighting in my room were dim and made it difficult to see clearly at night. This made reading in bed a little challenging. It was not the most efficient design.

Breakfast provided adequate choices of local and international food, including fresh fruits. The restaurant staff was fast in refilling the buffet items. Coffee service was efficient and courteous.

The concierge helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. They were very efficient. Staff at the front desk spoke english fluently. The room service was quick, the food was warm upon arrival.

i found the location excellent. it is very close to the subway station. the hotel is near shopping areas. the staff were also very attentive to guest needs. i appreciated the upgrade on arrival. the room was very clean upon arrival.

i noticed ventilation was not optimal. i smelled smoke in my room on the twentieth floor. this could be from the bar above. people sensitive to smoke may have an issue.

the staff provided excellent service during breakfast. one staff member was helpful with check-in. the check-in process was quick and efficient which helped to start our stay in a positive way.

the bar is wonderful. they offer many selections of drinks. the bartenders are skilled and accommodating. i spent many evenings there due to the great atmosphere and service.
