great location clean room upgrade dark room poor ventilation smoke smell
the location proved great. it was only a short walk to myendong. a large shinsegae department store stands across the road and a subway station stands next. the room was very clean and i was given a upgrade upon arrival.
rooms are to dark. it needed better lighting. the ventilation system was poor. i smelled smoke in my room two out of the four nights. i suspect it is from the bar on the top floor.

Really good Boutique Hotel Experience
friendly staff spacious room comfortable lounge
The staff were friendly and helpful . They even upgraded my room upon arrival. My room was spacious and comfortable with large windows that let in plenty of light. The bathtub was a great bonus and I really enjoyed the top floor lounge. It was lovely.
The bed in my room was a bit soft for my personal preference.

The room I stayed in featured a good sitting area and a large bathroom with a tub, offering ample space to relax after a long day, and everything was clean. The voice command system allowed convenient control over lighting and curtains.

The hotel has two restaurants that have earned michelin stars, with a gourmet dining experience, and i was so grateful for the opportunity to sample the amazing food. The stylish interior added a unique charm to the entire hotel.

quality linens jazz singer great cocktails
The room featured a device for controlling lights and curtains. The bar, L'Amant Secret, hosted an excellent jazz singer on Saturday. I enjoyed the wide selection of cocktails available there.
The toilet paper quality could be improved.

Fresh flowers created a lovely fragrance throughout the hotel. A breakfast buffet had a large variety of options, ranging from French toast to dumplings. Happy hour snacks featured a nice selection of cheeses and a full bar.

Solid choice for short stay
warm reception fresh water clean towels great location
Front desk staff was cute when i arrived. Housekeeping kept my room stocked with bottled water. Clean towels were provided daily. I liked the location, very close to transportation.
The lighting in my room were dim and made it difficult to see clearly at night. This made reading in bed a little challenging. It was not the most efficient design.

Breakfast provided adequate choices of local and international food, including fresh fruits. The restaurant staff was fast in refilling the buffet items. Coffee service was efficient and courteous.

The concierge helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. They were very efficient. Staff at the front desk spoke english fluently. The room service was quick, the food was warm upon arrival.

elegant stay in a central location
subway station shopping area attentive staff
i found the location excellent. it is very close to the subway station. the hotel is near shopping areas. the staff were also very attentive to guest needs. i appreciated the upgrade on arrival. the room was very clean upon arrival.
i noticed ventilation was not optimal. i smelled smoke in my room on the twentieth floor. this could be from the bar above. people sensitive to smoke may have an issue.

the staff provided excellent service during breakfast. one staff member was helpful with check-in. the check-in process was quick and efficient which helped to start our stay in a positive way.

the bar is wonderful. they offer many selections of drinks. the bartenders are skilled and accommodating. i spent many evenings there due to the great atmosphere and service.
