excellent location and helpful staff
ideal location helpful staff short walk
i found the location to be ideal for exploring. many restaurants surrounded the hotel and city hall station was a short walk away. the staff members i encountered were polite and helpful i appreciate their assistance .

broken handle non-existent internet
the hotel sit near many shop, cultural attractions, and eatery's, this location does fulfill the promise.
i found several issue with my room on arrival. the toilet handle was broken and i must report that internet access was nonexistent throughout my stay. they claimed to fixed the handle, however i observed it remained quite loose.

Acceptable Stay but Disappointed with Cleanliness
stained duvet cover poor cleaning
The location is convenient and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
The cleanliness was not good. I found that the floors were not mopped, and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The duvet cover also had stains, made me uncomfortable.
