friendly staff chocolate santa large bottles
the staff were friendly. i got a welcome note with a chocolate santa and water. the room included large bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
there was no cupboard in the room, made storage a bit difficult.

Convenient Location and Modern Design

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation. It made getting around very simple. The modern design of the room and the common areas was comfortable. I especially liked the area provided to work and the availability of board games. It created a cute atmosphere.
The breakfast area was often crowded. There were not enough tables available, and the cleanliness of the area could have been better maintained.

The staff was friendly and helpful! They checked me in quickly and answered my questions about local attractions. I received a complimentary drink upon arrival, and the service was available 24/7.

The hotel is across the road from the train station. I found it convenient. It is only a short metro ride to the city center! The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions.
