The receptionist, Matthew, checked me in very fast. He was very friendly, and I appreciated that. My room included effective heating and that was very important for me. The location is near to a train station, this was very convenient.
The breakfast had not many options. I wished for greater variety there. My room was small, this was not very comfortable. There was no minibar in the room.

the room was not properly cleaned. the carpet had dirt and i saw that no one took out the rubbish. this affected the overall hygiene of the room and was not acceptable
