Spacious and Comfortable Stay

The two-bedroom apartment provided ample space! The wrap-around balcony was a definite highlight, offering amazing views. The breakfast had a good quality selection and the staff members were very friendly. The pool was nice and clean.
The hotel is a bit outside the central area, so taxis or Ubers were needed daily.

Our apartment had plenty of room! It featured a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. This provided comfortable shared living. The apartment offered enough space for everyone to relax without feeling cramped.

The hotel is in a quieter location, set back from the city center. This results in a calm environment. Transportation into central Lisbon required taxi or ride-sharing services, providing accessibility. The proximity to the CHAMPALIMAUD FOUNDATION hospital is convenient at seven minutes.

The front desk staff members were helpful and attentive! Assistance with printing emergency passport forms was available. Staff exhibited friendliness and willingness to assist with requests. On arrival there were welcome coffees and natas.

the gym had good spacious equipment for a quick workout
the receptionist seemed inexperienced i asked about a refund for an overcharge but it never looked i had to follow up multiple times and eventually had to email the finance department myself this felt unprofessional and created unnecessary hassle the check-in process was also slow with a long queue and only one receptionist available

basic stay with issues
old couchsmall table
the couch was a problem it was really old and banged up. the cushion had completely lost its give i couldn't sit on it for more than an hour. the dining table was tiny it was meant for three people in a two-bedroom apartment. one chair was so old it fell apart it was a frustrating experience
