beautiful gardenscomfortable beds
The hotel had BEAUTIFUL gardens and facilities. bedrooms were well appointed. Also the beds were very comfortable. We had an early departure So bento box breakfasts got provided.

inadequate air conditioningrestaurant food
I encountered some issues . The air conditioning in my room was inadequate. It struggled to cool the room effectively and shut off whenever I left (a real inconvenience). The food quality at the restaurant was disappointing. It did not match a five-star standard (breakfast was acceptable though).
i received a complimentary vietnamese meal. the swimming pool had lovely grounds and plenty of sun beds.
the shower temperature was always cold. there was always no staff at the breakfast area to make egg dishes.
