hot towels rooftop pool
check in included hot towels and a welcome drink. the room provided a balcony and connecting access for my parents room. i enjoyed the breakfast with its indoor and outdoor atmosphere. the rooftop pool was nice especially with the heat.
the hotel is split across two properties and i was not informed about this beforehand.

Acceptable Stay With a Few Issues
poor wifi unsafe alley
The staff was attentive, I guess.
The WiFi barely functioned, and the hotel spreads across two separate buildings. I was not told in advance that my room was in the second building, a few minutes' walk down an alley. This was a bother when going to breakfast and also when going to the rooftop pool. I had to walk outside, going through an alley I found rather unsafe at night.

really good stay
excellent team friendly staff daily bike
the team was really good. All staff were helpful and friendly. my savvy king or twin suite bathtub balcony riverside view room was great. the bed, linen, and pillows were very good. i enjoyed cocktails by the pool and daily bike rides.
The wifi was quite terrible. It did not work. the hotel is split across properties, and i wasn't informed of this. i had to walk down an alleyway to breakfast which felt unsafe at night. Not great.

breakfast service offered many diverse options, with vietnamese and western choices available. it was generous and there was variety from day to day. they also accommodate vegetarian and vegan requests with extra dishes.

The hotel provides free bikes to explore the surrounding area. there is a gym and pool. They were great. the location is a short walk to ancient town. the reception staff provides tea during check-in.

helpful staff warm welcome breakfast range
The service was very nice! The staff were very helpful and kind. Daisy gave us a warm welcome at check-in. The breakfast had a lovely range of options and tasted AMAZING!!! I especially appreciated the complimentary bicycle rental.
The wifi signal was unfortunately a bit weak at times.

This hotel is conveniently near the old town. It is a short 10-minute walk. Bicycles are available . These allow easy exploration of the area. It's very peaceful, away from the noise of the central areas.

The staff were great with their helpfulness and hospitality. Cindy at reception gave us a warm welcome. She provided lots of advice and tips for activities. The staff gave very detailed tips on where to go.

Breakfast included a lovely spread of options with many choices. The menu had different local dishes every day. westernized choices too. Alice served us very well at the restaurant. The food was delicious!!!

The room was super clean. It also had a balcony. A welcome drink greeted us when we arrived late at night. The bathroom looked royal. It was perfect. There were also handmade ceramic cups in the room.

Really good service
great advice rooftop pool
the staff were very attentive, giving great advice. they told us where to go and what to see. Our family had interconnecting rooms, that meant plenty of space. The rooftop pool gave welcome relief after a hot day.
the menu had a mistake. i found it and told the manager. the manager had them all reprinted by the morning.

The hotel is located within a short walk to lively streets and the ancient town. This area is also a few blocks away. The location is quiet, and beautiful flowers and lanterns decorate the hotel exterior.
