Fantastic Spa Experience!
luxurious experience complimentary massage inviting resort great staff
The hotel boasts amazing service and presents one of the most luxurious experiences I have EVER encountered. The complimentary massage and spa access every day were fantastic perks. I found the resort inviting and the spa treatments greatly enhanced my stay. THE staff was focused on customer satisfaction.
It is all very extensive AND I had to wait for a cart.

Very nice Private Pool Villa Experience!

I booked a private pool spa inclusive villa! I received a free upgrade to a larger villa. The sea views with sunrises each morning were UNREAL. The price was reasonable. Breakfast included many options. Shuttles to nearby areas were easy to arrange at the front desk.
Some staff need more hospitality training. I found that communication could be improved to ensure smoother interactions . This is the ONLY thing I found a little underwhelming.

The villa included a private pool and spa. The bedroom featured a super comfortable king-size bed and blackout curtains. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the char restaurant impressed me with its superb presentation. taste and style were tremendous. all staff were fabulous there. i also appreciated the spacious rooms, it was super clean and beautiful. the spa inclusive service was also top notch.
it was a bit far from city centre.

My upgraded corner king room included a large pool. The facilities exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to leave the room. I found the staff very helpful and happy. The room was fantastic, and the restaurants served high-class food.

i stayed in the one bedroom villa private pool spa inclusive and it was HUGE!!! the buffet breakfast had tons of options and tasted SO GOOD! the resort's private beach felt so exclusive. the staff was amazing, always ready to help and.
the carts sometimes took a while, requiring a little extra waiting.

breakfast had a huge variety, including both asian and western options! the dedicated kids' room in the breakfast restaurant helped parents enjoy their meal. serving times were very convenient, extending until 11:00 am on weekends.
