Very nice stay with really good service
birthday decorations cake room modern facilities clean pools
The staff arranged birthday decorations and a cake in the room upon arrival (a very thoughtful gesture). The facilities were modern and very clean. Both pools were cute and i found the steam room very relaxing after a long day of exploring.
I experienced ONE minor inconvenience . The hotel location is slightly removed from the ancient town, which required relying on shuttle services or taxis for transportation (but it was manageable).

The staff was attentive and helpful . Kathy welcomed me with a warm smile and ensured the check-in was quick. Nancy and Luna also provided support by helping with tour bookings.

The hotel is located conveniently close to essential amenities. It also offers convenient access to local markets providing an authentic glimpse into local life (which i really enjoyed).

The rooms were beautifully designed and super clean and also comfortable. My room featured modern amenities, a spacious layout, and very nice decor. It offered a relaxing environment to unwind after exploring the city.

available bicycles convenient shuttle diverse breakfast many shops
i stayed here for several days, and the rooms were clean. the staff was always ready to assist. the hotel provides bicycles to use. there is also a convenient shuttle service available to town. the hotel is located near many shops. a spa is located just across the road. the breakfast was diverse with many options. the pools were refreshing after a day exploring.
i noticed the hotel is not exactly close to the old town.

Wonderful hotel experience!!!
customer relations manager complimentary steam convenient supermarket
The staff was polite and accommodating. Kathy, the customer relations manager, was friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable. The hotel offers a complimentary steam and sauna. I used both. A supermarket across the street provided convenience.
The location is a bit far from the old town. Even with the shuttle, travel can be challenging due to traffic.

isolated location shuttle service
the rooms were fine and the staff were attentive. jessi was kind.
i found some issues. the location felt quite isolated (i wished it was closer to the main attractions). the shuttle service didn't fully meet my needs. it was difficult finding the shuttle back from the old town due to traffic, so i had to use a grab, inconvenient.
