good locationcold watermissing toiletries
the location was really good for getting around the city. the apartment itself was a decent size for a family.
i had problems with the hot water. it was cold most of the time and only occasionally warm. there weren't any complimentary items in the apartment, like coffee or toiletries.

I found the location convenient, close to key sites. the apartment was quite spacious offering ample room. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop balconies. We loved the view.
The kitchen was quite basic. It was barely equipped. we found only three glasses for four people. a pan and a pot were available however. The dish rack was loose.

The hotel is steps away from passeig de gràcia. This makes it ideal for accessing shopping. dining options are nearby. the city's architectural gems are close, we loved the place.

The team communicated well, and they resolved a couple of questions quickly. check-in occurred via a screen in reception. We did not require assistance.

Our apartment included two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfy. an iron and ironing board were present. a safe was available.
