The breakfast was AMAZING!!! hospitality was very high. the room design was smart. easy transportation to the train station was available. it's straightforward to mataf in front of the al safwa haram exit. i even got a complimentary room upgrade. It. the staff were cooperative and always greeted me with a smile.
the entrance involves navigating a mall, and the crowd sometimes makes going back and forth a bit difficult. just a very minor thing!

The rooms include comfortable beds and a seating area. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub, also the size of the rooms are really large.

The hotel is directly in front of the haram's gate and courtyard, offering unparalleled access to the holy sites. It is also surrounded by main shopping areas. This made exploring the city super convenient. it took only 3 mins walking to pray in the mosque.

The service offered by abdullah at reception included a room upgrade for my elderly parents, really good, also majed in concierge gave assistance with luggage. The staff were helpful and kind . rush service was provided.

i really appreciate the hotel's excellent location near the haram. the breakfast offered a huge variety, and it was amazing!!!
i found that the bed was quite hard. also, the bathroom needed some maintenance. it was functional, just not in top condition. i had a bit of difficulty getting a taxi close to the hotel.

the location was unbeatable (so close to everything!). the staff was professional and very polite. it was especially convenient being so close to king abdul aziz gate.
finding a taxi nearby was challenging, requiring a bit of a walk to the nearest taxi stand.

the location was ideal as it was just a short walk to the mosque. the staff was helpful especially with directions and local tips. i found the room to be clean and well maintained with necessary amenities. i appreciated the easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
it caused some delays when i was trying to get to the mosque for prayers.

The hotel location is fantastic. It is the easiest to access from the Clock Tower buildings. Breakfast was amazing, and it had a good variety. The staff was also amazing. It was a great experience. I met Mr Omar at the reception. He was a wonderful gentleman.
The hotel room was outdated. The price was too expensive compared to other hotels. I feel that other hotels have better facilities. The entrance is very busy, with a lot of people and kiosks.
