a very good experience
free shuttle helpful staff excellent breakfast
i found the breakfast to be excellent with many choices. the staff booked tours with ease. the hotel offered a free shuttle into town which was convenient.

nonexistent soundproofing nerve-wracking bridge
the breakfast buffet was acceptable.
i found the soundproofing to be completely nonexistent. i heard neighbors as if they were in my room, and the street noise was constant. additionally, the location is quite far from the city center. a walk into town involved navigating a nerve-wracking bridge.

really great stay
neat room spacious room gorgeous environment perfect scooter
rooms are neat and spacious. the resort had a gorgeous environment around it. i was able to rent a scooter. i easily got everywhere. the hotel did offer tours but i did the waterfalls myself. it was perfect for me.
the staff was not very helpful.
