the staff was friendly and helpful. i enjoyed delicious suhoor meals during ramadan. enver, mahmut, and the whole team provided excellent service. the hotel had a very convenient location near services.
the room did not have bedside reading lights. coffee seemed to be rationed to one sachet a person. the mini bar was empty when i arrived.

the hotel is close to many services (a big plus!). its central position allows easy access to main attractions. the proximity to both the tram stop and the marmaray station simplified getting around.

the hotel offered a special honeymoon setup in our room. we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch. the service was excellent with a attentive staff always ready to assist with any request.
the street in front of the hotel had frequent tram traffic. this made car access slightly challenging for drop-offs and pickups. the noise from the trams was noticeable at times.
