The historic ambience charmed me. i found the front desk team helpful, offering special care and service. the bathrooms were AMAZING!!! breakfast was a good way to begin each day. I really enjoyed the variety.
The pillows felt odd. They were too large. it was difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position, and i hope they consider changing them in the future.

The breakfast had lots of options with good quality. It was a good start to the day. i saw two spacious breakfast rooms and one had a glass ceiling. tea leaf options were also excellent.

the gym is excellent and associated with the hotel. the hotel has a stylish bar in a classically decorated lounge, and it adds a distinctive touch. i also spotted a spa that looked enjoyable.

The reception staff was helpful and efficient. I noticed the room felt larger than expected. It featured very nice furnishings. The hotel exuded a relaxed and cute ambiance.
The pillows felt lumpy. I had to sleep without them. It wasn't the BEST.

gym distancelimited equipment
The gym situation IS less than ideal. it is not directly connected to the hotel. I had to walk a block in the COLD. the equipment selection was also limited. Just a few treadmills and some free weights. this was quite disappointing.
