I found the room quite spacious indeed. the location is pretty convenient, especially with bus stops close by. i love the matcha latte. It is provided at the hotel and taste great.
my room was a queen size superior room, but felt small. the pillows provided were very hard. the bathroom has a whif of urine

the room was really nice I found the bed very comfy and I got an extra pillow for support. the bathroom seemed the largest I had on my stay. these are the type of amenities I adore, especially after a long day.
it was not a big deal though.

My room size impressed me considering typical sizes in japan. the supermarkets near the hotel were useful, i grabbed breakfast items easily. daily cleaning was effective. I always returned to a neat room.

laundry facilities were a plus, there are a good number of machines. a large supermarket is located right beside the hotel, so it was very convenient. complimentary coffee and tea were available adding extra value.

the staff were always polite and helpful, especially with luggage forwarding. english speaking staff were present at the front desk , made communication easier. all the staff i encountered were very friendly and helpful.

i was a short walk from shopping areas i wanted to visit, that was handy. shrines and temples are accessible by walking or bus. metro and bus stations are nearby , made sightseeing uncomplicated.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Shortcomings

The location was acceptable as it was not far from public transit.
I found the bathroom quite small. This made moving around difficult. A light in the bathroom flickered constantly, very distracting and bothersome. The toilet also presented issues with flushing, I needed to flush multiple times sometimes.
