jungle dream come true!!!
jungle location funicular experience excellent service helpful staff
The resort's location in the jungle is amazing. Nature surrounds you everywhere. i particularly enjoyed the funicular. It made getting around the steep terrain easy and fun. the pool and spa facilities are fantastic. I spent a lot of time relaxing there. the staff, including lestari, were friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the complimentary plug-in mosquito repellent device!!!
The only slight downside was the number of stairs required to access some areas. It could be challenging with mobility issues.

steps throughout a la carte breakfast dinner included tranquil river
The hotel has steps throughout. I found it good exercise. breakfast and dinner a la carte were included. i enjoyed this a lot. the customer service was good. The staff always greeted me by name. i also appreciated the tranquil river at the bottom of the hill.

The resort is on a lush green hill. it provided a sense of seclusion. a tranquil river runs at the bottom. It gives an impression of paradise. the location allowed for full disconnection and relaxation.

The wild ginger restaurant offered good food. the breakfast and dinner were included. i found this to be of high quality. there were unique cocktails available at the bar. I found many choices.
