a suite stay
spa serviceflower bathattentive staffhillside location
i used the spa, it had amazing flower bath. our suite was close to the restaurant. we really loved the breakfast that had many options and the attentive staff. i could sit on my balcony and have peace.
the hillside location is not suitable to people with accessibility issues. our pool villa had no sunshine because of the forest canopy. the pool was cold and i couldn't use the garden area.

the staff wrote down a list of authentic Balinese restaurants for me to try. the staff greeted me with a smile and they always asked if they could. the staff go above and beyond.

my room was spacious and i had a pool view. housekeeping came by three times a day when i was in and out of the room. the room was very nice and the surroundings was amazing.

the hotel has a shuttle that runs every hour and it brings me to the market. the main pool is beautiful and not too busy. i got to do yoga in the mornings after the delicious breakfast.

breakfast has many options served on the rooftop and they use fresh ingredients. they brought more food to my room when i was in a rush to go on a tour. the dishes from the restaurant were very good.
