I found the location quite central. It was a short walk to many attractions. the breakfast included varied options and the coffee was good! i was pleased with the cleanliness of my room, towels were replaced daily.
the shower stall felt a bit small!

the location was acceptable with st mark's square nearby.
The room was a major letdown. It was small, and the shower was so cramped i couldn't even bend over (i'm not asking for much, just basic comfort). the lack of in-room water or coffee was a real inconvenience.

the staff were really quick. breakfast was varied with good cappuccino. easy arrival from the airport occurred because i took the water bus to the san marco pier then a 5 min walk to the hotel.
the room was slightly small.

The staff were helpful. i needed to extend my reservation , and they were very accommodating. they offered another room and allowed me to move in right away, without having to wait. the breakfast changed a little every day. There was enough of everything.
