acceptable stay with issues
helpful staffold infrastructurespa maintenance
the staff were happy to help in all situations.
the infrastructure seemed a bit old, and the villa smelled of humidity. i think the price is too high for the quality of the villa. also, the spa was under maintenance so we didn't experience the full spa experience.. massages were done in another villa.

The private pool was amazing. It had very nice views. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the hotel's efforts to keep mosquitoes away impressed me. I appreciated that they kept the patio doors closed.
the air conditioning is a bit outdated and has a specific smell.
