friendly staff open air restaurant room bugs bad experience
the staff were very friendly. i enjoyed the open air breakfast restaurant. the food was delicious.
the room had a lot of bugs. it was a bad experience. i would never do it again.

a charmed stay in a valley villa
private pool valley views balinese evening
i found my two-bedroom pool villa valley view benefits to be spacious. it featured a huge bed, a private pool, and valley views that were purely dreamlike. the staff recalled preferences quickly, after only one day, for our group of eleven people across seven rooms. the balinese evening featured music, dance, and food, so it was an ideal cultural experience.
the location felt remote as it was a bit outside the main part of town. i recommend you rent a scooter if you don't mind the distance..

mildew smell inconvenient shuttle schedule
The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but acceptable to start the day.
The room smelled strongly of mildew when i arrived, and maintenance did little to improve the situation. the shuttle service to the nearby town was infrequent. This made planning excursions frustrating. the limited shuttle schedule was inconvenient.
