The reception service was excellent. Mr Hassan, the manager, provided a warm welcome. Mr Ahmed at the reception responded quickly to all requests. The location near the haram made getting around easy.
The air inside was not completely fresh.

The hotel is quite close to the masjid al haram with an easy ten-minute walk. A shuttle bus is available for transport. Several restaurants are nearby. It is convenient, so people won't starve at any point in time.

The room had two water bottles and four empty cups for coffee. There was also sugar, cream, a tea kettle, and a mini fridge for my use. The bed was comfy and suitable for what I paid.

slow wi-fitoilet flush
the toilet flush wasn't working very GOOD. i had to flush it multiple times. ALSO, the wi-fi was so SLOW. It made it difficult to do ANYTHING online. i expected better internet service FOR the price.

the location is convenient.. just a short walk to the Haram. the room was clean and quite spacious. i found the staff helpful, especially when i needed directions.
The card system for the doors could use an upgrade. My keycard stopped working one evening, and i had to get it reset.

the room offered ample space. i also found the bed very comfortable. the hotel's location is quite convenient (i walked to the masjid al haram). the presence of nearby shops and restaurants added to the overall convenience.
the air conditioning system was difficult to regulate. despite several attempts, i struggled to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. this made it difficult to sleep well at night.

the room featured two separate beds and a small seating area. linens were clean and in good condition. the bathroom had a rainfall shower, which i found refreshing after long days.
