I found the toilets had flannels as an extra touch, which I considered very excellent. The coffee machine and soft drink machine were nice additions. I definitely made use of them. The staff, including Subek, Ray, and Bong Sanu, provided very nice assistance! The shower facilities were superb.

I found that it is placed right next to a departure lounge. There isn't any soundproofing, so boarding announcements are very loud.

the front desk team was helpful. i appreciated the charging options near the bed. i also felt secure because of the locked, private space. this made sleeping easier.

the bathroom wasn't close. i needed to get dressed. i then had to walk past reception to reach the facilities.
