airport oasis of calm
overall quiet clean restrooms helpful staff
I appreciated the quiet during my layover. The restrooms were very clean. The staff member subeksha was helpful, assisting me with directions and information about nearby amenities. I found the experience very efficient.
I did notice the air conditioning was set a bit high. It made the pod somewhat warm for sleeping. i suggest bringing lighter pajamas for optimal comfort.

The showers offered soap and shampoo. They were regularly cleaned, ensuring hygiene for all guests. A quiet area provided a refuge from airport noise, enabling relaxation. Vending machines also offered snacks and drinks for purchase.

Complimentary coffee and tea were available, a great perk! throughout the day. The selection included regular and decaf options. Sweeteners and cream were also provided. This service offered a convenient refreshment.

My room contained comfortable pillows and a thick blanket. It assured a restful sleep. The bunk had a reading light with adjustable settings. A small shelf allowed you to keep personal items near the bed.

Practical and Convenient Stay!
extra touch soft drink very nice assistance superb facilities
I found the toilets had flannels as an extra touch, which I considered very excellent. The coffee machine and soft drink machine were nice additions. I definitely made use of them. The staff, including Subek, Ray, and Bong Sanu, provided very nice assistance! The shower facilities were superb.
I found that it is placed right next to a departure lounge. There isn't any soundproofing, so boarding announcements are very loud.

charging options locked space helpful team
the front desk team was helpful. i appreciated the charging options near the bed. i also felt secure because of the locked, private space. this made sleeping easier.
the bathroom wasn't close. i needed to get dressed. i then had to walk past reception to reach the facilities.
