premium slippersairport transferextra charge
the hotel had premium toiletries, like shaving kits and slippers.
the airport shuttle was not free as advertised. i was told i could only get a private transfer for an extra $15. the transfer ended up being a packed group shuttle, quite a scam.

mercy at the front desk was particularly helpful and efficient. paul, the driver, offered excellent service with very good courtesy. the sovereign shop has a helpful member of staff, an added convenience. the hotel provided a complimentary taxi service to the airport (it saved time and hassle).
I noticed slightly above average prices for food and drinks. I thought it might be something to consider.

the restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including light indian cuisine. the breakfast service had a wide variety of options. i think the nagaroni i had was also quite nice and well-prepared.

the room was spacious and very clean with well-kept features. it was easy to relax in the comfortable setting with large, amazing pillows. blackout curtains and dreamy bed linen.

The gym is available to guests and seemed well-equipped. the grounds of the hotel are fine. They are very well kept. the location provides easy access to the airport and surrounding areas.

inefficient drainsfound medication
the shower had good pressure, but i couldn't use it, water leaked into the room. drains was not efficient. it felt the room wasn't prepared. i found someone's medication in the fridge. there wasn't soap next to sink.

Inconsistent Airport Transfer and Room Issues
unreliable transfermissing amenities
I encountered a couple of problems . The airport transfer was not reliable. Although the hotel cost included this service, there was no pickup upon arrival. I communicated my arrival time and flight details in advance. Communication regarding the airport drop-off also was not effective. I had to arrange my own transport both times. The room also lacked basic amenities. There was no tea or coffee, even though a kettle and cups were available.

Comfortable Stay Near the Airport
modern roomsquick transfer
The modern rooms included comfortable luxurious features. The family room had a huge bed with sufficient space. Airport transfer was quick with friendly service from Godfrey. The pastries available were also better than the European ones.

My room was very clean the bed provided great comfort. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom and also a rainfall shower. A mini-fridge ensured my drinks stayed cold .

The breakfast service offers many options with fresh ingredients. The hostesses were gracious and cute during my meals. The IT support team quickly resolved a connection issue I encountered ensuring I could continue my work without problems.
