Inconsistent Airport Transfer and Room Issues

I encountered a couple of problems . The airport transfer was not reliable. Although the hotel cost included this service, there was no pickup upon arrival. I communicated my arrival time and flight details in advance. Communication regarding the airport drop-off also was not effective. I had to arrange my own transport both times. The room also lacked basic amenities. There was no tea or coffee, even though a kettle and cups were available.

The modern rooms included comfortable luxurious features. The family room had a huge bed with sufficient space. Airport transfer was quick with friendly service from Godfrey. The pastries available were also better than the European ones.
