excellent hotel, minor hiccups
shuttle service clean room
the shuttle service was convenient for getting to various locations. the spa stood out with its excellent facilities! i appreciated the clean room and its bigger size when compared to usual rooms in turkey, this helped me a lot.
Service
8/10
the staff was generally polite! they helped with directions and requests though i did notice some inconsistencies in attentiveness, a few members were a bit more helpful than others, but overall fine.
Rooms
9/10
My room had modern amenities and a stylish decor. The size was adequate and it was cleaned daily! the bathroom included necessary toiletries. the bedding was crisp and fresh providing a restful sleep each night.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel features a functional gym and a decent swimming pool! also, the spa area provided a space to relax with a sauna and steam room, though i would say that the pool seemed a bit small. It was still refreshing.
