Fantastic Hotel with Great Shuttle Service!

The shuttle service was punctual and always available when needed. This made traveling to and from Taksim Square very easy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I found my room clean and spacious.
The mini fridge was full of items for purchase. This left very little room for personal drinks.

I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to taksim square. It was very convenient. the staff were helpful. the room was also notably clean with great facilities.
the breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety in the coffee selection! the choice was somewhat limited. it did not quite match the overall quality of the stay.

my room included a comfortable king-sized bed. it featured a rainfall shower, i found this quite refreshing. two separate sinks. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay.

The hotel provided a free shuttle regularly to the square, i did enjoy this very much. the reception staff speaks english and russian. This made communication smooth. i always found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs.
