I found the staff very kind, they offered assistance with every question I had. The hotel's proximity to main attractions meant I could walk to most places. Transportation was also accessible within a short walk.
The breakfast area felt a little small when there were many guests.

Really good service and great location

The staff was very helpful and made sure all my needs were met. I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and arrange transportation. Breakfast featured many fresh vegetables and cheeses. The location was also ideal , very close to main attractions.

the staff at reception were very helpful. (especially ilyas!)
the budget double room was far too small. the photos online made it seem larger. there wasn't even a proper superficial cleaning, as the light fixtures were coated in dust. the floor wasn't hoovered even on days it was supposed to be.
