different choices polite staff hot room broken air conditioning
the breakfast had lots of different choices. all the staff were polite. it can be very confusing to get a taxi into the city.
the room was far too hot, the air conditioning didn't work. there was no window to the outside. i went to reception multiple times and they eventually changed the air conditioning from heating to cool! though it only lasted for a few hours before reverting back

The breakfast had great variety (i LOVED the pastries). Staff promptly replenished items. The rooftop restaurant provided excellent views. My room offered soundproofing. I noticed no street noise. The bathroom included two separate sinks. It also featured a rainfall shower.
The gym had limited equipment. It seemed a little small.

lovely stay with great service
fast email response smooth transfer arrangement welcome upgrade clean room
i was impressed by the really good service . the staff answered emails quickly and arranged airport transfers. i got a room upgrade upon arrival and they even prepared breakfast before opening hours because of my early flight. the location is perfect, close to many attractions and the rooms were very clean with free water daily.

The breakfast offered a varied selection, and i especially enjoyed the fresh omelets. The rooftop restaurant provided a beautiful view. the pasta at the eva restaurant tasted particularly delicious.

the staff was accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. they swiftly assisted with luggage and transportation arrangements. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views it enhanced both breakfast and evening experiences.
the room i was assigned was quite small , made it difficult to fully unpack and move around comfortably with luggage.
