the hotel location is pretty good (easy access to main attractions). the room was clean daily and water bottles were provided each day.
the breakfast choices felt limited. the air conditioning system seemed to have a timer, which turned it off periodically throughout the night (i found it a bit disruptive).

The location IS amazing! It is a quick walk to the Hagia Sophia, and the tram is very close. The staff were lovely. They were very helpful too. I enjoyed spending my evenings in the lobby with Turkish tea.
That's a small disappointment though.

The location provided EASY access to main attractions. I found the staff to be friendly. They arranged airport pick-up. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. It had a HUGE private balcony.
The spa access was limited. Hotel guests had access for only one hour . Paying clients received priority. It felt disrespectful.

The hotel included a spa area equipped with a sauna and steam room. Breakfast was served as a buffet with MANY choices available in a bright, clean restaurant. Bottled water was provided daily.

The hotel's location is near the primary historical sites and public transport. A supermarket is located across the street. It made it easy to buy snacks and drinks. MANY restaurants are close by.

the hotel's location proved quite convenient. i found it easy to walk to many key attractions from there. the staff were consistently helpful .
the room i stayed in had some issues. the noise from outside was rather noticeable and sometimes disruptive, especially at night. also, i found the air conditioning wasn't always reliable, a bit uncomfortable at times.
