a heavenly escape!

the location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to iconic sites. i received an upgrade to a top-floor room, a pure delight. the bed offered unmatched comfort, and the rooms showcased a pristine, modern aesthetic. breakfast included a good selection.

I found the balcony size misleading. Photos suggested a much larger space than what i received. it was not even enough to stand for two people, a slight disappointment.

the staff displayed great politeness and respect . they arranged reliable airport transfers and connected me with a helpful guide for local excursions. breakfast was also very delicious!!!

the hotel is located very close to aya sophia, sultan ahmet mosque, topkapi palace, and the basilica cisterns. the tram is also very nearby. the hotel also connected me with a very reliable travel agent for adventures further afield.

i arrived and the check in was easy. the staff gave us helpful information regarding breakfast times. the breakfast offered a large variety of foods and different kinds of coffee (it was definitely a plus). everything was immediate and helpful when we had a question, and i really appreciate that.

the reception staff were friendly, offering good recommendations for tours. they were helpful with arranging a day trip complete with a guide. the kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating to all guests.

the hotel rooms are recently renovated and very clean. we booked two rooms and the hotel placed us close to each other. my family found it convenient that the hotel is accessible by cab, even with lots of suitcases.

the location is central, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful. it is close to the main tourist attractions, approximately 10 minutes. the hotel is also just a short walk, about 2 minutes, from the t1 tram station.

The location was amazing. I could easily walk to the grand bazaar and the blue mosque. the room i booked, a beautiful double room balcony sea view, was super clean and modern. the breakfast was amazing!!! they had a large variety of turkish treats. the staff were helpful and always available.

the balcony was smaller than it looked in the online photos.

The room was clean initially, but it wasnt. i discovered hairs in the toilet. It was disgusting. the heating broke down in the early hours of the morning. i was forced to wake the staff so IT could be fixed, causing a VERY uncomfortable night.
