Fantastic Hotel Experience!

efficient taxigreat fun
I was amazed by the efficient taxi service onsite! Abu bakr was a gent in arranging transport, and the drivers were great fun. The hotel is very conveniently located ten minutes walk from Naema Bay. The staff were pretty good too resolve any issues we had, especially Mr Safty and Ghadeer from guest relations.

The reception staff was helpful. They addressed all my inquiries promptly and efficiently. I found the concierge service attentive and well-informed, guiding me effectively with local attractions. The housekeeping team ensured my room remained super clean throughout my stay!

It provided varied international cuisines with high-quality ingredients and excellent presentation. I tried the seafood restaurant. It was superb with fresh catches daily.

My room included a king-size bed. It was very comfortable and spacious. I also had a private balcony with outdoor seating. It was amazing and relaxing. I was happy with the modern bathroom. It featured premium toiletries and a rainfall shower.

i found the staff exceedingly friendly especially the reception staff and esraa. chef helmy was very helpful! i appreciated the attentiveness shown . i am already planning my return visit soon.
the weak air conditioning in my room was a slight inconvenience, it wasn't ideal though it did not significantly detract from my stay.
