the rooms was clean and the shower worked fine. the breakfast buffet offered decent choices. the hotel location near the old town helped a lot. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times .
i had to pay extra for the fridge in the room

the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay the hotel was clean with dedicated staff ensuring a high standard was maintained i observed the lovely outdoor area and enjoyed a good breakfast. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions.
i noticed i had to pay extra for the fridge in the room which was unexpected i believe it should be included in the overall room rate for added convenience and guest satisfaction this would enhance the experience.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure. Breakfast had plenty of choices, a really wide variety. The hotel's location was convenient. It's only a short walk to the beach and the bus station.
I found the room's soundproofing to be lacking.

Every staff member was nice and polite. The restaurant team, including Paco, Juan, and Neus, were effective. Nuria, Gina, Cristina, and Sophi were amazing, and Carmen and Marta provided help at reception.

This place is in an excellent location, only a five-minute walk from the beach. I could easily reach the bus station on foot. Many restaurants are within walking distance.
