the room was modern. it was also spacious and comfy. the king sized bed was a good addition to the room. i liked that the hotel doubles as a bar and grill, but guests have a separate entrance.
i learned music would stop at 11pm. it didn't, and i was kept awake all night by noise. i reported this to the staff, but they did nothing. i called and texted the out of hours number, but no one answered.

The staff provided excellent service. They were friendly and helpful . The location is convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. I found a free car park right next to the building.
My room was a little cold. Even with the extra portable heater, it took a very long time to warm up the room. I noticed some disturbance around 1 AM, difficult for me to fall back asleep. Noise from the bar downstairs made it difficult to sleep well.

The noise levels were SIGNIFICANTLY higher than I anticipated , with loud music continuing until late in the evening. It disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to relax in my room. The shower temperature was also inconsistent , fluctuating between warm and cold. This made it challenging to have a comfortable shower.
