The breakfast had limited options. I found the bar across the top of the shower to be quite low. It made exiting the shower awkward.

Excellent Stay With a Cute Host

Keith welcomed me before I even got out of the car. My room was clean. It had all the facilities I expect. The room offered a view of horses in the paddock. Breakfast was VERY generous. I requested a vegetarian option.
My en-suite room was in the eaves. It felt cramped. It was difficult to sit up in bed unless I moved it. There was only one spot in the room where I could stand up to get dressed near the window.

The building sits in a very quiet area. This location guaranteed peaceful nights. I appreciated the serene environment, far removed from city noise. The landscape provided a calm backdrop.

the hosts provided a warm welcome. breakfast was served in the farmhouse kitchen, a good start to the day. i enjoyed views across the fields, especially at sunset..
the en-suite room felt cramped. it was not possible to sit up straight in bed without pulling it forward. the bathroom sink was tiny, so water splashed everywhere during shaving.

So, the room supposed to be ensuite. Turns out, it was more like en-squeeze. The sloping roof was like it was trying to give me a haircut every time I moved. And that shower? Let's just say I perfected my limbo skills. It was smaller than I expect.
