Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff were nice and polite, which I guess is the bare minimum you expect.
My room smelled musty. It took them two days to move me to another room (I stayed three days). The door stopped working altogether. Their response was 'We'll take care of it, but we don't know how long it'll take.

the breakfast was acceptable with good options.
I was disappointed that the air conditioning did not work during my entire stay. Despite reporting it to the staff, it was never fixed, and i found their follow-up lacking.

The hotel boasts a great location close to the metro. It made access to various parts of the city very easy. The breakfast included a good selection and set me up for the day!!!
The room felt rather small. It had very limited space for moving around with my luggage. The air conditioning did not function properly . This made the room stuffy and affected my sleep.

i liked the location. it was near many food places. the room had a nice street view. the room was quiet (i slept very well). i found the bed very comfortable.
the lobby looked simple and small. i expected something a bit more modern from the photos.
