perfect service and amazing views!
clean roomgreat variety
The room was clean and spacious for three people. i also appreciated the provision of amenities like disposable slippers, facial lotion, and yukata. It saved me from packing pajamas! the breakfast offered both western and japanese options with great variety.

I found the staff very friendly. An assistant manager gave great tips about travel in town and sights. The view was excellent. It overlooks the castle.
The safe seemed a little old. It seemed like a small security box.

The hotel has very attentive customer service from the bell service. The concierge was also very helpful. I did not experience any issues with assistance.
