The breakfast had many options. the staff helped me send suitcases. the area was nice. I really enjoyed the market area.
the onsen is in another building across a parking lot. it was cold crossing that lot. the onsen wasn't big or fancy. there was one hot water bath and a cold water tub.

the layout of the room felt off. i had a double room complimentary lobby drinks. there was not enough space for luggage. the chair was low, almost like one for a child. i also found the tv channel selection quite limited.

tatami floorcrowded breakfast area
the room included a tatami floor, a feature i found acceptable.
The breakfast area was just too crowded, it was noisy too. It was not enjoyable. there was often a similar crowd at the front desk. i really did not like this.

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities

I appreciated the large room. The memory foam mattress pads and pillows made the beds very comfortable. Free drinks were available, as well as ice cream and ramen every day.
