A Little Underwhelmed
easy accessrushed paint jobineffective air conditioning
the location was good. it provided easy access to public transport.
the room was smaller than i expected. there was evidence of PREVIOUS repairs and the paint job felt rushed. also, the air CONDITIONING was not very effective, so it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.

The location provided an excellent starting point for exploring, especially with the nearby marquez de pombal station. our room was clean, the beds felt comfortable, and the staff members were very helpful. i liked that the hotel offered a delicious and varied breakfast each morning. It really made for a pleasant start to our days.
the heating system was a little tricky to manage at first.

The front desk staff was very helpful and had a good level of English (always a plus!). I found complimentary snacks in the room, and there were sweets in the reception area.
The room lacked a status label option on the door. This made indicating whether I wanted the room serviced or left undisturbed difficult.

My room had filtered water refills. This helped reduce plastic waste. The absence of carpeting. The staff showed me locations in the city, and they were up for regular conversations.
The room was too hot. The AC temperature was controlled centrally, I could not adjust it myself. I asked at reception, but they were unable to change it for only my room.

The Beautiful King Room features a comfortable king-size bed and a modern design. There is also a well-equipped bathroom with a spacious shower and complimentary toiletries. I found the room quiet and private , which was good for rest.
